A few years ago I had the pleasure of meeting the powerhouse that is Poesy Liang. An artist, jeweller, composer and all round entrepreneur, she was back then involved in the Bald Empathy Movement, visiting Europe, taking breathtaking photos of her long, thick hair in stunning shoots – only to then shave it all off to show empathy for those who have suffered from cancer and premature baldness (and to commemorate her own experience with the disease).

Bali – Canggu
Where did the year go? The blog has been deserted, lonely and empty and hasn’t received any love whatsoever. That’s about to change. I’m here aren’t I, typing away, trying to remember what I have been doing the past months.
Amsterdam
After Bruges we drove straight to Amsterdam where Team Puglia (that’s the Italian’s family) waited for us. They had already been sightseeing, which was very convenient as they could tell us what to do and where to go.

Spring is my favourite season. The trees are in full bloom and everyone’s in a good mood, hoping that the summer will be the hottest in history (not the wettest). There are also some pretty convenient bank holidays around that allows for some exploration.
